Tenant Feedback has shown a desire for increased face-to-face support. In response, we have launched our ‘Tenant Roadshow’ a series of pop-up events across our communities. We will be visiting your area on Tuesday 27th August between 9:30am and 1:30pm in the Muir Hub (Great N Rd, Muir Of Ord, IV6 7SU)
Our aim is to offer a relaxed and friendly, safe space to have a face-to-face chat about any aspects of your tenancy. In attendance we will have colleagues from the teams listed below, as well as a group of our involved Tenants, who will be able to tell you about their experience of working closely with Albyn, please come along and meet them.
- Tenancy Operations Team
- Income Team
- Tenancy Sustainment
- Technical Officer from our Repairs and Maintenance Department
- Business Services
Our ‘kids corner’ will provide budding artists and creative minds with an opportunity to colour in keeping your children amused while you explore along with refreshments for little ones and a kids competition.
We will be holding Tenant Roadshows across the Highlands over the coming months, with a focus on rural areas. Please see our Roadshow page for further information and your opportunities to get involved.
