Tenant Roadshow

Tenant Feedback has shown a desire for increased face-to-face support.

In response, we are launching our ‘Tenant Roadshow’ a series of pop-up events across our communities.

These events are an opportunity for a relaxed and friendly, safe space to have a face-to-face chat about any aspects of your tenancy.

In attendance we will have representatives from our various teams including

• Income Team
• Tenancy Operations Team
• Tenancy Sustainment Team
• Repairs and Maintenance Department
• Business Services

Some events will also be delighted to welcome some of our involved tenants, who will be able to tell you about their experience of getting more involved with Albyn.

We will be joined at some events by colleagues from our subsidiary Highland Residential, who are keen to offer advice on mid-market rentals, Low-cost Initiative for First Time buyers (LIFT) and factoring.

Our ‘kids corner’ will provide budding artists and creative minds with an opportunity to colour in and enter our kids competition. Additionally, we will have other arts and crafts activities to keep your children amused while you explore.

We will be working with partners such as Mikeysline, Changeworks and local community groups to ensure that a visit to our pop-up events allows you to access the full range of support available.

We will be holding our Tenant Roadshows across the Highlands over the coming months, with a focus on rural areas.
