Milton Tenant Roadshow

Tenant Feedback has shown a desire for increased face-to-face support. In response, we have launched our ‘Tenant Roadshow’ a series of pop-up events across our communities.  We will be visiting your area on Monday 30th May between 10am and 2pm in the Mercat Centre, Milton, Invergordon (21 Old Mill Road, Milton, IV18 0PX).

This is an opportunity for a relaxed and friendly, safe space to have a face-to-face chat about any aspects of your tenancy. In attendance, we will have colleagues from the teams listed below, as well as a group of our involved Tenants, who will be able to tell you about their experience of working closely with Albyn. Please come along and meet them.

• Tenancy Operations Team
• Income Team
• Tenancy Sustainment
• Technical Officer from our Repairs and Maintenance Department
• Business Services

We are also pleased to be joined by our subsidiary Highland Residential Ltd who are there to offer advice on mid-market rental, Low-cost Initiative for First Time buyers (LIFT) and factoring.

Our ‘kids corner’ will provide budding artists and creative minds with an opportunity to colour in and enter our kids competition. Additionally, we will have other arts and crafts activities to keep your children amused while you explore along with refreshments for little ones.

We are pleased to be working closely with Mikeysline, CAB and Changeworks, who have agreed to come along and offer advice on mental health, and support to reduce your energy costs.

We will be holding Tenant Roadshows across the Highlands over the coming months, with a focus on rural areas. Please see our Roadshow page for further information and your opportunities to get involved.
