Albyn Housing Society Ltd a Scottish Charity (Scottish Charity Number SC027123), a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 with Registered Number SP1776RS and having their Registered Office at 98-104 High Street, Invergordon, IV18 0DL (“we” or “us”) take the issue of security and the data protection Act 2018 (“the 2018 Act”) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UKGDPR”) together with any domestic laws subsequently enacted seriously.

We are registered as a Data Controller with the Office of the Information Commissioner (ICO) under registration number Z641878X and we are the Data Controller of any personal data that you provide to us.

When you visit our website we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out such things as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not directly identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
