We understand the importance of reliable communication, and we deeply regret any difficulties this may have caused.
We want to reassure you that our dedicated team has been hard at work to resolve these issues promptly and we have since been actively responding to calls.
Please be aware that our call volume is higher than normal. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as our call handlers strive to assist everyone as efficiently as possible.
As a reminder, our regular office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During these hours, our team is readily available to address your queries and concerns. For any emergencies outside of these hours, our out-of-hours call handlers are on standby to assist with urgent matters.
An emergency is classed as follows:
- Broken windows or damaged door/door locks.
- Where there is danger to life and limb
- Where repair is necessary to prevent further damage, for example flooding, burst pipes or serious roof leaks.
- Where there is a complete loss of heat or power supply to your home, excluding area wide power cuts.
