Cold weather precautions

You will be aware of the drop in temperatures and the need to stay safe.

During this period of bad weather we have advised our staff to work from home where possible, there should be no disruption to our phone lines and you can still contact us by calling 0300 323 0990 or emailing office@albynhousing.org.uk. 

During this colder months our focus during this cold spell will be to support tenants by making telephone calls to those in our most vulnerable categories. We have pulled together some helpful information to assist you:

Albyn funds: Albyn have a number of different funds which we have put in place in order to support our tenants who require a little extra help. This extreme weather may impact your household costs, please get in touch if you would like to learn more about how these funds can help.
