Senior Housing Officer
Contract Terms: 35 hours per week (full time), Permanent
Salary: £47,496 - £50,410, Grade SO3-SO1 + Car allowance
Location: Invergordon with hybrid working

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Housing Officer to join our Tenancy Sustainment team.
As a Senior Housing Officer, you will:
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of housing functions.
- Line manage Housing Officers and Assistants within your function.
- Produce regulatory and management reports.
- Deputise for the Function Manager when required.
- Improve tenant satisfaction and ensure compliance with legislation and best practices.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in social housing and housing management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Scottish housing legislation, tenancy management, and welfare systems.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively.
