Be Aware: Impersonation Alert

We’ve been made aware of a report that someone may be impersonating an Albyn Housing Society staff member.

Please remember:

• All Albyn staff carry photographic ID and will be happy to show it to you.
• In the majority of cases, legitimate appointments will have been pre-arranged.
• If you’re ever unsure about the identity of someone claiming to be from Albyn, do not let them into your home.
• You can call us directly on 0300 323 0990 to confirm whether a visit is genuine.
• If you experience any suspicious behaviour, please report it immediately to the police on 101 and inform us as soon as possible.
