Autumn Tenant Newsletter 2022
Albyn has published its 2022 Autumn Tenant Newsletter. It’s packed full of helpful information and guidance. In addition to the usual newsletter, we have included an 8-page help with the cost-of-living booklet that details the support available from a range of sources, as well as hints and tips.
Your mailing would also have included a Factsheet about legislation passed by Scottish Government recently. This freeze on rent increases and evictions is due to end on 31st March 2023, and we are awaiting further decisions on what will happen beyond this date. We are still required to consult with our tenants on changes to your rent after this period.
