Annual General Meeting 2022: Outcomes
We held our Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Highland Rugby Club on Monday 12 September 2022. We were delighted to welcome back Society members and stakeholders to the meeting in person, as well as those who attended the meeting remotely.
Our Chair of Board Lesley McInnes gave her report on progress during the year, highlighting what had been a rewarding yet challenging year for Albyn. This was followed by a report from our new CEO Kirsty Morrison.
Our Annual Report features the Chair of Board and Chief Executive Reports. We have also published the approved minutes from last year and Financial Statements for the year. At the AGM, elections to the Board were made and our Board Membership is now as follows: Lesley McInnes, Carl Patching, Ian Fosbrooke, Jim Convery, Fiona Mustarde, Clea Warner, Nile Istephan, Angela Currie, and Nicola Underdown. Scott Macleod was also Co-opted to the Audit & Risk Management Committee.
Office Bearers were confirmed at a short meeting of the Board held after the AGM, these were: Lesley McInnes, Chair; Carl Patching, Vice Chair; and, Ian Fosbrooke, Secretary.
