We set targets to measure how we're dong. These targets and performance measures help us achieve great results for our tenants, the communities we work in and our business.
One of the main ways we measure our performance is through our tenant satisfaction survey.
We record key business performance figures and report these to the Scottish Housing Regulator. You can find out more about our results in the Annual Return on the Charter.
