25 complaints were received between 1 April and 30 June 2014.

18 of these complaints fell within the first stage of the complaints process (frontline resolution).  17 of these were dealt with and closed within the period, leaving 1 that was being dealt with at the end of the period.  (This complaint is now closed.)  2 of the complaints were equality-related.  Of the 17 closed in the period 8 were upheld, 2 were partially upheld and 7 were not upheld.

7 complaints were escalated to Stage 2 of the complaints process because they required detailed investigation.  All of these complaints were resolved within the period.  3 of these complaints were equality-related. Of the 7 complaints received, 1 was upheld, 3 were partially upheld, and the remaining 3 were not upheld.
