About the Role
Highland Residential is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Residential Lettings Coordinator to provide a professional residential lettings service to tenants and our sole client Albyn Housing Society, whilst complying with legislation, internal policies, and procedures.
This is a unique post as Highland Residential is not a traditional estate agency. We manage only affordable housing models, those properties owned by Albyn Housing Society, let out for mid- market rental. This hybrid position offers a mix of office and remote working, along with site visits across the Highlands.
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and customer-focused individual with a strong background in housing, mid-market rental or residential lettings. To thrive in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in delivering a housing or lettings service to a variety of clients.
We’re looking for someone with…
- Experience within a social housing or residential letting's role, including delivering excellent customer services.
- Good understanding of the residential lettings market within the Highlands.
- The ability to manage high volumes of detailed work within efficient timescales.
- Experience in marketing and viewing of properties.
- Knowledge of residential property management including legal frameworks.
Alternative Job Titles you may have had are Lettings Officer, Lettings Agent, Lettings Administrator, Lettings Coordinator.
