Albyn’s 2026-27 Rent Consultation is now live until 15th January. To participate, you will have received a survey either through a link sent to you by email or text. Alternatively, if you have requested postal surveys, you will have received a paper copy of the consultation report, along with a survey sheet and prepaid reply envelope. If you have received a digital copy of the survey and would like to request a paper copy, please email Finance.Enquiries@albynhousing.org.uk or call us on 0300 323 0990.

The survey will remain open until the 15th January. At which time, your feedback will go to our Board and a decision will be made with regards to rent from the 1st April 2026.
