Residents Satisfaction Survey

Each year, we issue a Resident Satisfaction Survey to a sample of all our tenants and owners who pay service charges to us. The survey is very important to us, as it provides valuable information about how you feel about your homes and the services we provide.
One third of our residents will be surveyed over each three year period to help us to plan changes to our services and monitor results. A summary of the survey findings are published when completed each year and sent out to all of our residents. They are also available on our website.
The survey covers the following issues:
- Awareness and Communication
- Getting Involved in AHS
- The Services We Provide
- Customer Service
- Your Rent
- Your Home
Everyone who returns a survey is automatically be entered into a draw for a prize to the value of £100.
A summary of the key findings from our recent surveys and any actions we have planned to take as a result are available at our Publications page.
So that we can make sure you that your responses are confidential, we ask an independent research company to conduct the survey on our behalf.
