ASSISTANT CLERK OF WORKS

35 hours per week
Grade E PA22-PA25
£26,135 to £28,750 per annum

Albyn Housing Society Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent customer care skills to join the Development Team.

The successful candidate will report to the Clerk of Works and will be responsible for ensuring that our housing projects are built to the Society’s high standards.

We are looking for an individual with a relevant building qualification and at least three years' supervisory experience in the building industry. 

It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

You must be able to use your own initiative and to work unsupervised.

A large amount of travelling is required for this post so the post-holder should either have a driving licence and access to a vehicle or be able to access all areas of the Highlands.  This post will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure check.
