Applications are invited for the following post to join our Property Maintenance Services team based in Invergordon.
Property Maintenance Officer
Post Ref PMS/21 (07/08)
35 hours per week
Grade E PA22-PA25
£26,135 to £28,750 per annum plus Company Car
We have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, flexible individual with
excellent customer care skills to join the Property Maintenance Services Team.
- The successful candidate will report to the Property Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that the Society’s housing stock is well maintained.
- We are looking for a full or part qualified professional, with at least 3 years experience and a minimum of an ONC/OND in Building or equivalent.
- It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and a current driving licence or the ability to access all areas of the Highands.
- You must be able to use your own initiative and to work unsupervised.
