We aim to provide a high standard of customer service. If we fail, there are a number of routes to take. They range from complaining in person to the responsible officer, to Contacting the Housing Ombudsman. Our leaflet, ‘Making a Complaint or Comment About Albyn Housing Society Ltd’, available from both our offices, explains the options.

Different ways of Communicating

We are committed to making sure we promote equality and reflect diversity. We aim to make sure that all our communications take account of equality and diversity issues.

We are Corporate Members of the Plain English Campaign. All our staff have now had training to help them to start to produce written communication in clear, plain English. We are starting to review all our publications to make sure that they meet good Plain English standards and are easy for people to read.

If you need us to communicate with you in a different way, please let us know.

We can arrange for information to be sent to you differently if you need it – perhaps in large print, for you to listen to, or in a different language.

We work with Global Language Services and the National Interpreting Service so that we have access to interpreters and translators for all the languages now found in our area.
