Complaints received between 1 October and 31 December 2013
25 complaints were received between 1 October and 31 December. 16 of these complaints fell within the first stage of the complaints process (frontline resolution) and all of these were dealt with and closed within the period. 9 complaints were escalated to Stage 2 of the complaints process because they required detailed investigation. 6 of these complaints were resolved within the period and 3 remain ongoing.
