33 complaints were received between 1 July and 30 September.

Of those 30 complaints resolved (27 at Stage 1 and 3 at Stage 2), 9 complaints were upheld and 5 were partially upheld, meaning that 16 were not upheld. 

In addition to the 3 outstanding complaints from the period, there is 1 further first stage complaint that remains open.  Work continues on this complaint, which relates to an issue with the heating system in Aviemore.
