Complaints received between 1 April and 30 June 2013

13 complaints were received between 1 April and 30 June.  This is a significant reduction from the 57 received in the first quarter. 

Does this mean we’re doing so much better that we’re not receiving complaints or expressions of dissatisfaction?  Are we ensuring that all the complaints we receive are logged? 

This may be a reflection of the large number of complaints we had in the last quarter regarding the Aviemore heating system, which have not been repeated this quarter.

You said: "You're not dealing with my initial query quickly enough."  We've said: "We will ensure that we deal with queries as soon as possible after they are received."
