Housing with Support

The Housing Support Service provides flexible support to homeless or potentially homeless people in their own temporary tenancies to enable tenants to sustain their tenancy and make a planned move into a permanent tenancy.
We operate a Person-Centred approach and aim to treat people with dignity and respect at all times.
Where support needs are greater than we can provide, we will work in conjunction with other agencies to manage the support needed via a care plan.
We provide a confidential service and choice for the person. The support can involve (amongst other things) practical help with budgeting, debt management and paying bills, emotional and counselling support, help in enabling the person to access local services and community facilities.
