The Society has over 2000 homes in management in over 50 communities. We operate waiting lists for each location and we cater for a broad range of clients, from single people to large families and people with special needs.
Demand for our houses is highest in the Inverness and Black Isle areas, although we are anxious to ensure that the rural and remoter areas secure a fair share of housing provision too. Our aim is to help tenants maintain successful tenancies and we work in partnership with other agencies to develop joint support plans where necessary. Housing Services staff have developed specialist expertise to provide a higher standard of advice and assistance to our customers.
