Sutherland & Ross-shire Handyperson Services

Albyn Housing Society is very proud to have been a part of the steering group that developed the Sutherland Handyperson Service.
The service was originally provided following our application for Wider Role funding from Communities Scotland for the project and the subsequent grant of £107,868 over three years towards the running costs of the service.
The Handyperson Service is available for pensioners or people with a disability who live in Sutherland. The Handy Person can do a variety of odd jobs and small repairs around the home. Anyone using the service will be charged only the cost of any materials needed to do the work. There will be no charge for time or travel costs.
