Our Housing Support team provides flexible support to homeless or potentially homeless people in their own temporary tenancies to to help them manage a tenancy on their own and then make a planned move into a permanent tenancy.

We operate a person-centred approach and aim to treat people with dignity and respect at all times.

Where support needs are greater than we can meet, we work in conjunction with other agencies.

We provide a confidential service and choice. The support can involve (amongst other things) practical help with budgeting, debt management and paying bills, emotional and counselling support, help in enabling the person to access local services and community facilities.

The Housing Support team can also help existing tenants with budgeting, managing debts, benefit claims, or referrals for care or support with other agencies.  We can also help people with disabilities to get adaptations for their homes.
