Housing Services Assistant
Salary £23,287 - £25,880 per annum
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Housing Services Assistant to join our dynamic and dedicated team based in Inverness.
The Housing Assistant will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexible and determined, you will aspire to achieve customer excellence in a range of housing services.
This role will place specific emphasis upon the customer experience of tenants, focussing on all generic aspects of housing management including maintenance and repairs, anti-social behaviour, rent arrears management, voids and lettings, as well as estate and tenancy management.
We are looking for a customer-focussed individual with proven experience in a generic Housing environment. You will share our commitment for customer excellence and be able to communicate and negotiate effectively with tenants, colleagues and external partners.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual who can meet deadlines without compromising on quality with a willingness to learn and develop both professionally and personally. The post will be subject to a Disclosure Scotland check. The post is based in Inverness and is for 5 days (35 hours) per week.
