Albyn Housing Society Ltd provides a range of important services on an agency basis to other organisations. These include the Rural Home Ownership Grant service for Communities Scotland and the provision of a full financial and accounting service to a colleague Housing Association and an independent Trust.
We also supply management, maintenance and development services to a range of outside bodies. These services provide valuable income for the Society as well as giving the recipient organisations the benefit of our advanced systems and experienced staff. The Society also contracts with specialist organisations, especially in the voluntary support sector, to provide any specialist support required, for example in providing support for people with learning difficulties.
